Please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you a refund as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Please complete the returns form included in your parcel - if you no longer have this form, please simply include a cover letter with your name, order reference and details of item(s) being returned.
Exceptions:
- Products you received over 30 days ago
- Products that have been opened or are unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
- Products without original packaging or labels
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Swimwear
- Lingerie, briefs and stick-on bras
- Personal care products
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement. For purchases made in store, please return to any of our stores with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.
Product Guarantees
We have trialed and perfected all of our products so they meet the very best standard so you know that you can rely on them everyday, up or down the mountain.
We want you to be satisfied with your clothing from Dare 2b and this is why all of our products come with a full 12 month guarantee and full 3 year guarantee on Ared technology.
In the unlikely event of the clothing or footwear becoming faulty during the warranty period* you can return the item to us for replacement. Our dedicated Customer Service Team will be happy to advise you on how to do this if you'd like to contact us.
* The warranty excludes damage that may have been caused by misuse, unusual wear and tear, accident or alteration. Please Note: If item is under 12 months old you will need to return to the original retailer that you purchased the goods from.
Returning your full order:
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
