Returns Information

You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of being dropped off or posted and we will send you an email once it has processed.

Store Purchases

For items bought at one of our Regatta highstreet stores, third party retailers or concessions, please return the place of purchase.

Please note that our warehouse we can only accept the direct return of orders placed on this website.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement. For purchases made in store, please return to any of our stores with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.

All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee. If your item is faulty then please contact us so we can resolve this for you and provide instructions on how to return.

Please note our guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

All of our Dare2b products come with a 12 month guarantee; however our Ared products have a 3 year guarantee on apparel (excluding footwear). Our Ared fabric is waterproof, breathable and windproof to keep you dry and comfortable in the Great Outdoors! We’re so sure it will offer you ultimate protection that we offer a 3 year Guarantee with all our Ared products.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased directly through the website, please contact us directly . We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from our website . We do not offer a monetary refund unless purchased directly from ourselves via the website.

This excludes damage caused by misuse, abnormal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, improper care of product, also if the product is not used for its recommended purpose.

- Products you received over 30 days ago
- Products that have been opened or are unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
- Products without original packaging or labels

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

- Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
- Lingerie, briefs and stick-on bras (if hygiene seal has been removed) - Personal care products
